77tk Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 77tk platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the 77tk website, mobile application, or any related service, you unconditionally accept all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and that version is the final authoritative version. If any translation exists, the Bengali version takes precedence. 77tk provides services in the Bangladesh market and these Terms have been prepared accordingly.

The platform is an online entertainment service offering casino games, sports betting, and related services. We are committed to maintaining a safe and reliable environment.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met in order to use 77tk's services:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (for ages 21+).
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where receiving online gaming services is not prohibited by law.
• One person holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must play using your own money — gaming with third-party funds is not permitted.
• Our officers, employees, or members of their families may not operate accounts on this platform.

We reserve the right to carry out age verification at any time. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

When creating an account on 77tk you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

3.3 One Account Only

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended immediately and all benefits, including bonuses, will be cancelled.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on 77tk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).

Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming activity. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Every withdrawal request goes through a verification process.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the corresponding deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met for any bonus-related withdrawal.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held until verification documents are submitted.
• Withdrawals may be held under investigation if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
• All withdrawals will be suspended if evidence of multiple accounts held by the same person is found.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77tk offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bets must be placed on eligible games to count toward the bonus — wagering contribution may not be equal across all games.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per person, household, or IP address.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless each offer explicitly states otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or game round is considered valid only once confirmed by our server. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical disruption and the outcome cannot be determined, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are impartial and not predetermined. Once a game result has been announced it is considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

If an event in the sports betting section is postponed or cancelled, the odds for that bet may be settled at 1.0. In special circumstances we reserve the right to take action in accordance with specific rules.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

77tk is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or any other artificial means.
• Colluding with other members to abuse bonuses.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or organisation.
• Attempting to intrude into the platform's software, game engine, or systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Creating an account using a false identity.

If any breach of these prohibitions is detected, we may close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Our Rights

77tk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of Terms violation. There is no obligation to provide prior notice.

8.2 Account Closure at the Member's Request

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. You should withdraw your balance before requesting account closure. Bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the 77tk platform — logos, graphics, designs, software, page layouts, and text — is the intellectual property of us or our content providers. This content is protected by copyright law.

Reproducing, distributing, publishing, or using any element of this platform in any way without our prior written permission is prohibited. Permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes is granted as a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

The 77tk platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for:

• Loss caused by technical faults or server outages.
• Disconnections due to third-party networks or services.
• Issues with the member's own device or software.
• Consequences of unauthorised use of the member's password or login details.
• Direct or indirect financial loss from gaming.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.
